DocMake

Free sales proposal, price list and order templates

The documents a sale runs on, from the first offer to the paperwork after it: proposals, statements of work, price lists, order confirmations, commission statements and warranty certificates. Each of the 6 templates below fills in the browser, through the REST API or through an AI assistant on the DocMake MCP server, and comes out as a Word (DOCX) file and a PDF. The free plan makes 1,000 documents a month, with no credit card.

Sales teams, agencies and account managers send these to a client, and sales managers send the commission statement to their own people. They carry the priced work or products, how long a price holds, and what is and is not included.

Made from your CRM or order data, every proposal and confirmation keeps the same layout and the same terms, whoever on the team sends it.

Questions about these templates

Which sales documents are in the set?
A business proposal, a statement of work, a price list with volume discounts, an order confirmation, a sales commission statement and a warranty certificate. Price quotes sit with the finance templates.
Can I send a proposal straight from my CRM?
Yes, through the REST API: send the client and the priced lines as JSON and get the proposal back as DOCX or PDF. An AI assistant can do the same through the DocMake MCP server.
Can the client edit the document I send?
Yes, when you send the DOCX: it is a native Word file the recipient can edit like any other. The PDF is the version to send when the layout must not change.
